Who are we?
We are Harsh & Srishti.
We ran a learning design team together for 2 years before starting Field. While Harsh enjoys delving into how our brains work, Srishti is curious about the social, design and visual aspects of learning. We also run LxD Lab - a community of learning experience designers.
Learning is complex and multi-faceted. Together, we enjoy facilitating this messy process of chaos to clarity. Besides geeking out about learning, finding the funniest gifs; we bond over our love for food and fitness.
